Not clean, and not as promised.
I booked a 2 bdrm unit for a week through my timeshare company, as well as an extra night before for a family wedding in Las Vegas. I contacted the resort two weeks in advance and then a week in advance to make sure I would be placed in the same building as the rest of my party, I was not, even though at check in they said I was. Additionally, the room was covered in dust, overbooked resort so parking was a nightmare, Inadequate handciapped parking.

Better then many Hotel rooms on the strip.
We were highly impressed with the room when we walked in and saw the overall appearance. It looked like a full on apartment that some people live in on a daily basis. Everything was clean and neat. The towels were big and fluffy, the kitchen was prepared to be cooked in with the utensils and the silverware. The bed was comfortable to sleep in the pullout sofa bed not so much. The refrigerator/freezer worked perfectly. We will be staying there again.

Comfortable - Needs Refurbishing
I booked through Hotels.com on the day of. We'd been stuck at a property on the other side of Las Vegas from the rest of our sports team who were up the street from this property. Decided to stay closer for our last night so our son could join his teammates at their pool the last night. We did not understand this to be a timeshare-type property, so we did not know we needed to bring our own shampoo, etc prior to arrival. The property itself was a madhouse. Thousands of people staying in 20+ story buildings jammed into a way too dmall parking lot (which was free). The neighborhood looked somewhat sketchy to park off the property, and deapite seeing on-site security, there were too many cars and people around for them to really observe much in the way of stealth break-ins IMO. We also couldn't licate the front desk when we got there (Google's fault), but we didn't see signs in the dark in the parking lot either. The property is not set back from the road and it's not fenced off. There's a huge vacant lot off the back that seemed to be a refuge for car sleepers and extra vehicles that didn't fit in the lot. Room looked like it hadn't been refurbished since the 80s or 90s. Sofa bed was surprisingly robust in terms of the matress and linens provided. Way better than many luxury hotels. Mattress was far better than the rip off JW Marriott Resort & Spa we'd been staying at across town. Curtains, carpet, etc were pretty worn out. I wouldn't stay here again because of the location.
