This is a small no frills hotel set in a 15th century building just a 5 min walk from St Mark's Square ideal for the shops and sights the restaurant next door was excellent. There is a constant supply of tea coffee juice water & biscuits in the reception area. The rooms are spotless and are in keeping with the traditional building. Would definitely stay here again

The property manager, a life-long resident of Venice, was very pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the "living room" space with lots of books and tourism info (as well as coffee, juice, and snacks). I loved staying here! Very large rooms (for European standards). Hotel was very well located, comfortable, clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They had a table set up with water and coffee 24/7, which was nice. This hotel used to be a 15th century palace! I highly recommend.

The folks operating this small hotel were so nice! The views out the windows aren't the best but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was well-situated for easy access to everything, and the proprietors have good suggestions for local restaurants. I would stay again!
