The staff were all incredible! Very kind, helpful, and responsive. The decor was cute. That having been said, this is an older property and guests shouldn’t expect shiny and new. It definitely had charm. The location and staff were great!

Decent place, the staff is excellent. Rooms need some renovations, but overall a pleasant place. Comfy bed, good shower and the room wasn't cramped. Bar on site, within walking distance of food and entertainment.

The Downtown Boutique was not perfect , but an excellent value and a great location. Just 3 blocks from the bus that goes up and down the Strip and 4 blocks from the Fremont St Experience !

Not the best, def not the worst, would recommend
This was our second stay with this property, we felt it only fair to give them a second chance as our last stay was during their renovation a few years back. The stay was fine, the room was nothing special, but that was to be expected. It was clean and the staff was awesome. My biggest issue was the fact that the entire building is apparently on a single shared central ac/heat system, (disappointing given the fairly recent renovation), so they only have the option of heat, cold or off for the entire building and since it is winter they have it set to heat with the only relief from said heat being the staff advice of open the window. They did provide a fan to help beat the unnatural heat, which was very kind and did help while sleeping. The biggest take away is I would stay here again, but would be sure to prepare for the less than adequate HVAC system they are stuck with.

Refreshing!
This was a great place to stay. I will look into this again. Nice break from the bustle of the strip. Made use of the patio and the pool. One suggestion, better signage. We arrived in separate vehicles and none of us thought that was the right place.
