Small no frills hotel with comfort and convenience
Check in and check out were simple. My impression of the staff was positive;they were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, just a couple blocks from the Roma Termini station.

Must say this is disappointing. Staff during the day was nice, but that's probably the only merit of the whole experience. First, staff at night was not very welcoming. I constantly needed to wait for close to 5 minutes outside the building for him to open the door for me. And I am pretty sure it was the same for others as in my room I could hear bells ringing crazily for minutes. Second, the room itself was ok/best on the first day upon arrival but afterwards the tidying-up was not quite there - towels disappeared, body wash gone, sheets/blanket gone as well! (Some would reappear on one day and disappeared again on the other - there was just no consistency at all.) P.S. I understand it's a budget hotel and location is great, but there are many other options of around the same price in the same area. Do check out their reviews before making a decision.

Nice little and convenient spot. Good value
Nice small place near the train station. Very helpful and friendly staff, secure and convenient to major sites and the main train station (good esp for short visits as easy to get from/to the airport).

Very disappointed about the facilities.
The toilet was in a corner so small even a child could hardly squeeze in. The shower had no room for a person to make any move, and the water only dripped down, and there was no holder for soap. The desk had no light at all.

This property was in a great location for accessing all the sites of Rome, we were able to walk to most attractions, the Roma Termini station was 5 minutes away. Restaurants and snack bars were close to the hotel and their value and service was really good. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in my room but on the whole a very good basic place to stay.

Very convenient location for Termini, staff pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and quiet, bed very comfortable. En suite a bit cramped.

Inexpensive room near Roma Termini
This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and need a room close to Roma Termini (the main train station). However, if you have children, be aware that this is not the best area to walk around at night. There were a couple of prostitutes on the street corner less than 40 feet from the hotel entrance. The room itself was adequate...nothing fancy, but very inexpensive.
