We went for a girls trip to celebrate my best friend’s 30th birthday. It was absolutely everything we thought it would be. The staff were extremely helpful and the beds were very comfortable. We went to the pools around 2pm on Friday and it was insanely busy and full of families with children (which is fair - but it was just too noisey for us), so we asked one of the staff if there is ever a time with less children and she told us to come back from 5pm - 7pm since dinner time is usually less busy. She was 100% right and we had a lovely time when we returned. The steam room was not working the day we were there but the staff were trying their hardest to fix it. The rest of the pool and sauna area was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend staying here and I will surely be returning. I was very impressed.

Stayed in a Fairmont Gold King room. The lounge was amazing, so comfortable and wonderfully helpful staff. Lounge amenities were top notch, really impeccable. I switched rooms due to my mix-up with the bookings and right after I arrived, a little dessert cloche was delivered. Thoughtful and valued service.
