Great hotel for the price.
This is easily one of the best hotel for the price. You have a spacious room with kitchenette, possibility to have a indoor parking (for winter this is priceless) and a continental breakfast included. It was situated right down town Ottawa and 10 minutes walk from the Rideau canal for staking.

Great place to stay! Save money on eating out.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was great and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel room was larger than a condo in downtown Toronto. My suite came with a fully stocked kitchen including microwave, stove, full size fridge and freezer, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, paper towels, toaster and coffee maker and kettle. There was a desk, computer and printer in the living room with TV and large couch. Also a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. The bedroom was separate with large closet and dresser. Also, a large wall mounted TV. The bathroom was large and spacious with great lighting and a makeup mirror provided. Yes, the hotel is dated, but, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offers a very decent breakfast with many options that you could enjoy in their dining area or take with you. Breakfast sandwiches ready to go, bottled water and juices, oatmeal bar, fruits, and yogurt and more. I will definitely book there again without hesitation and highly recommend. A great deal for your stay in Ottawa. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!

My Stay at Business Inn
The Hotel is well situated in the Ottawa downtown. The room was spacious and had all amenities for a short or longer stay. We had a room on the ground floor that was a bit noisy with cleaning staff and some families making noise. The king bed was comfortable but never could get the TV to work. It would be really helpful to have instructions printed for the remote as it is unnecessarily complicated. I would stay there again if the price is right.

Great hotel!! Clean, centrally located, excellent breakfast, great staff! 10/10 worth it for the price and what you get - free laundry (24/7), free gym access (24/7), and a free breakfast with a wide variety of both sweet and savoury stuff. The breakfast also has little care packages with a water bottle, cookie, and granola bar - so cute. Would definitely stay again :).

Great Surprise.
