About this home

This outstanding renovated 2 bedroom suite with a dedicated office is situated in a beautiful century home. The outside retains the classic character while the interior provides modern comfort and style including a high-end home chef's kitchen. It is in a perfect location with easy access to all Calgary has to offer. Whether you’re in town for work, looking to relocate to Calgary, or in town for some fun! This 2 bedroom will make you feel right at home.
The space

The suite is the top floor of a detached house. The suite can be accessed via two entrances, one at the back and the other at the front. There are two bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) both with large closets and the office overlooks the back yard. The living space and kitchen are open concept. The bathroom has the original clawfoot tub (refinished) with a shower, toilet and sink.

Guest access

The neighbourhood is on the west end of downtown and is quiet, calm and peaceful. There is easy walkable access to stores, restaurants, pubs and the like. The light rail transit train (c-train) is a quick four block walk. There is also easy access to major roads taking you to different parts of the city. Parking is on the street and it is easy to find parking (you do need to provide vehicle details so we can register you to the property).
