The shower had mold in it .
There were loud people in the room next to us all night.

Noisiest nights
Worst sleep ever… now it could be that I’m over 35 and jealous that I can’t stay up all night like I used to, but it is not a place for a relaxing night! Though they offer earplugs, it is no match for the nightclub speakers that vibrate the rooms, and the sound of furniture being dragged and weighted balls being dropped on the floor above. Even with earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, and pillows over our heads, we still could hear and feel the noise.
NOT recommended if you want a relaxing time, NOT recommended if you have kids, definitely recommended if you plan on staying up all night partying and not sleeping until at least 4am.

When reading the reviews for this property I was curious to see it for myself. Parking is overly expensive and someone has to buzz you in. The rooms are tired and fairly beat up. Not everything works but we are only here for the night. If this was a longer trip it would an inconvenience to have to get someone to look at the tv etc. When I booked I received an email saying the hotel can be loud but they provide earplugs. Since this is low season I can’t imagine noise will be a problem.
Overall, this is not an overly expensive place and works for a quick overnight trip.

Excellent location, would be loud but good to be right in the village close to everything. It said valet parking was $33 but no one on staff so you had to park your own vehicle....room was nice and clean.

We checked out the Adara in anticipation of a future family trip and stayed two nights. The hotel was clean but is clearly in decline. The staff were friendly but unable to do much.
Pros:
The loft unit layouts are nice. Would work well for families.
It was clean.
Very walkable and central in Whistler.
Cons:
The living area had one damaged lamp which did not produce enough light for the space to be useful. We asked for the missing desk lamp but they were unable to provide one.
The living area was missing an end table reducing the function of the space.
There was no coffee/tea press as described; coffee and tea bags were provided with an electric kettle.
The mattress was placed on top of an overturned box spring (no bed frame, skirt etc).
The "wood" veneer in the bathroom was coming off in several places.
While there were extra bed pillows, there were no extra blankets and the room temp was difficult to regulate.
Housekeeping came after the first night and refilled the coffee bags (yay) but did not fill soap, kleenex or toilet paper. The front desk did promptly refill the toilet paper upon notice.
While the layout and location are plusses, the state of the facilities and furnishings would make this hard to recommend.
