Aparentemente limpias las habitaciones, pero con chinches, en esa estadía, desperte de madrugada (3am), con chinches encima, de inmediato pedí salir y un reembolso, me atendieron hasta pasadas las 6am y estuve esperando en recepción, según ellos si me iban a realizar la devolución, y a pesar de no haber dormido yo me fuí porque tenía actividades programadas, mi sorpresa fue que a pesar que les tome fotos a las chinches en la cama, les mostré las picaduras, estuve desde las 3am en la recepción porque el personal incompetente de la noche no tiene el alcance de resolver ese tipo de situaciones, hasta que llegue alguien que si lo tenga, por whatsapp se retractaron porque según ellos y de manera unilateral le pagaron a unos inspectores para que fueran a determinar que no hay chinches. Me echaron a perder la noche y se lavaron las manos así de simple.
Esa chiche la tenía en el brazo cuando desperte!
También había en la parte superior, no duermo en las sabanas por misma precaución

A estadia foi razoável, o hotel é bem antigo e está mal conservado, não tem elevador, ficamos no terceiro piso e tivemos que subir e descer com as malas pelas escadas, nada confortável. Além disto, acabou a água, tanto a quente quanto a fria, no final da tarde e só retornou na manhã seguinte.

La atención del personal es excelente, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y con una muy buena actitud. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso, tienes cerca centros comerciales, restaurantes, plazas y si te gusta la vida nocturna, hay también mucha variedad cerca. Solo considera, que si bien, el hotel está a pie de playa, no tiene acceso a playa, está bloqueado el acceso, sin embargo, puedes disfrutar de la alberca, que si bien no es muy amplia, pero puedes nadar y disfrutar mucho tu estadía, con una vista magnífica al mar.
