Great price and location
Great price for London. Not easy to find, but once contacted great service getting instructions to get to and access apartment. Staff even called back to verify entry to apartment. Beds were not great, but were good enough for a weekend out with friends and only need a place to crash after a night out. Close to tube station and only a few stops away from central London. All in all would return and recommend to friends as a great place to stay.

Firstly, I loved how Laura (from reception) handled everything, from checking in with me very early to remind me of my booking to efficiently directing me on how to access my accommodation, furthermore the security is topnotch and sanitation also is wholesome. I'm giving a 10/10

The room itself was ample in size for what we needed for one nights stay. However, there were a few issues that we had. 5 of the double plug sockets did not work which made getting ready and charging phones very inconvenient with 4 guests. We had to manage with the 2 double plugs intended for appliances during our stay which proved challenging. Once this issue was mentioned, a maintenance worker came up and said that if he can not fix it, he will come back tomorrow in which is no help to us. Asides from this, the concerning problem we had was the smell of gas. Upon entering the property we initially did not notice as windows were open. However, it reached a point in which the bathroom was so strong smelling of gas that we were holding our breath when entering - this is absolutely shocking and a health hazard and clearly something wasn’t right. The bathroom also had a lovely hole in the ceiling.
Overall, we were not impressed with the stay.

Nice stay but some suggestions
Very good accommodations near whitechappel station for the price we paid. The front desk staff was very helpful (thanks, Cigdem and others!) with check-in and bag drop once we figured out how to call their office. The only major complaints with our room at 232A (where our room was located) were that the window coverings did not block the light from the large PFC restaurant sign and that since there was no air conditioning, we either had to choose between being hot or having the window open with loud London road noises all night. For these reasons, sleep wasn’t as good as it could have been.

L’emplacement est top , la Gare de whitechapel est juste en face. L’appartement est trop bien, les lits très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de l’hôte. Bon rapport qualité prix.
