Room was tremendous, way bigger than the deluxe studio suites that alot of other hotels are offering..I been to a lot of hotels and the suite is where I try to stay. I'm platinum on hotels.com with 48 trip elements with 3 pending.

Seems like it’s a new hotel from all the people on site working and training. Very friendly staff, I booked a king bed accidentally with my co worker and they were able to accommodate me with a double bed! Very large rooms, quiet, and clean. It was right next to Jamaica station so the ride into the city was quite easy. A lot of corner stores with great meal choices etc. Would def come back with the proximity from JFK airport and easy commute to the city along with the hospitality service given. Sam was great at the front desk!

The hotel was very clean and new, it’s super close to JFK which was great for a one night layover. BUT. We had no warm water, the rooms are very noisy, you can rent rooms by the hour (if you know what that means) and the neighbourhood is very dodgy. Especially if you’re white.

Communication is horrible - no one responds to messages and they aren’t clear on the phone when they finally decide to answer Sheets had to be changed / hair was everywhere

Not a great part of town. No furniture other than a one foot square table in the entire room No refrigerator no microwave, no coffee pot. No telephone. There was no lobby, just a desk for check-in People talking until one thirty in the morning radio playing all night long No carpets, no sound deadening, on walls. Ceilings or floors. Great beds clean room Shower was in the main room, no dressing area other than the main room. Toilet room did have a door! Bathroom sink on the wall in the main room.
