Easy, quick check in, Great location. Quiet, with an easy walk to downtown Bend. Comfortable room and great amenities. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Mixed Bag.
I just want say first off, that the management were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The whole room was very clean. The cable TV was not working. I let them know, someone came up and I showed them, and we were able to tune in about 5 channels. I said that's ok, I wasn't there to watch much TV. The mini-fridge was not working at first, but I re-plugged it in, and it started functioning properly. The shower, however was very underwhelming. Shower head was really bad. Hot and cold setting was very bad. Otherwise, not a bad stay and very inexpensive. I would probably not stay there again, because I mainly go to Motel 6, and I'm never disappointed. Very nice people who run it. Thanks for reading.

The room smelled like it had been doused with chemicals to cover up the obvious smoke odors. Tub has mold growing in caulking. The carpet was so dirty it was sticky. People screaming obscenities in the middle of the night in adjacent rooms. This was my second stay here. First stay was better. Room was cleaner. The owners are nice. If I’d made a big deal about the problems they’d likely have made an effort to get me another room. Place seemed pretty full tho.

This motel works if you just need a place to sleep. Nothing fancy. Everything works. Rooms are dated. Area around the motel seemed sketchy, by Bend standards anyway. Lucy’s tacos was awesome and just across the street.

The property was not as good as expected. TV color was way off, the sink only had hot water on both side, you had to pull really really hard on the shower to get it to turn on. Toilet paper holder was broken. Visually the room looked good but the issues listed above are not cosmetic but functional. Staff was nice and checkin was easy but archaic. We only stayed one night so we could deal with the issues but if staying longer would be uncomfortable.

The rooms were large and quiet, even had a stove and oven. Liked that we could walk to some breweries. I had a hard time understanding them, bad English, but they were every nice. I'd stay there again.
