"The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they did not provide shuttles buses to and from the airport. I had to find my way in an uber to get to the resort and I felt very uneasy about that. Especially since there was a language barrier. I would have paid for the shuttle bus but I would have felt safer knowing that the resort sent the driver."
"Everything in the resort was fabulous the staff from the time we arrived to the time we left were amazing. juan carlos and yeifri were amazing they took care of us the whole time we were on the beach. We got upgraded to the imperial sweet which is the largest room in the resort just for booking through expedia. The only negative is the knives could be a bit sharper in the steak hose"
