We chose this hotel to attend O2 arena. Great location, plenty of food spots available. Hotel offers cheaper tickets for cable cars to travel to O2 arena. Very eco friendly. Super unique, it sits on the river! Clever use of limited space. Perfect for our 1 night getaway!

Good Hotel is more than just Good
I had a great stay. the hotel is beyond clean and the room was nice and cozy. I would like to give a special shout-out to the reception team. in particular Paul, Adrian , Oscar, and Iram. The customer service was the best part of my stay. they were really lovely, friendly and took good care of me and my partner. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be returning. 🙏

Clean, very basic, good breakfast
Very basic twin room. Beds same size as camp beds but comfy mattress. No telly. Air con not didn’t work. Breakfast made up for tiny room. No sound proofing could hear next door coughing. Clean & basic. Booked for concert at 02 which was ok going by cable car but not good after it closed at 10pm as not able to walk back.

Comfortable stay
The room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff were great and went that extra mile. The walls of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear your neighbour snoring. The toilets aren’t great. They take a lot of flushing. Good base and nice restaurants in the area.

Hotel was very cute and a plus on the dock . Room was a bit smaller so we did have limited space for things to be out and open. My room had a water view which was nice . Trains are located close to the hotel which made it easy getting to central London with no problems

The hotel is in a great location with great views over the Victoria Dock, and people swimming by! Very welcoming staff. One criticism is that the bathrooms are small so it's easy to bump into things. Very good buffet breakfast at tables with views over dock.
