We had a lovely two-night stay. The place was easy to check in to and we loved to see the chickens out back (and hear the rooster in the morning!) Very quaint.

This is a very well located spot to stay if you like to bike-fish- hike or just drive around the beautiful rolling hills of Caledon We used it for all of the above Only 4 guest suites - well appointed in an old post office building with original pine plank floors but modern fixtures etc Quaint location - access to Forks of the Credit Park and stream five minute walk - access to 32 km Caledon ( Cateract)-Elora bike path also five minute bike ride We plan to return in the fall when the leaves change - biking and hiking

Overall the experience was great ! We stayed one night in the Trulan room or the Grand room. It was nice and relaxing. The room was clean and well kept. The check in and check out process was a bit confusing as there was no one there to really talk with to even let them know we were heading out. But overall great experience. Will definitely revisit.

Oasis of Tranquility not too far from Toronto.
This tranquil Inn, set in an area of natural beauty, makes for pure relaxation. Bart (co-owner) is quietly helpful and accommodating. Very comfortable room. We were too busy with a wedding to enjoy the adjacent hiking trails! We hope to be back again.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location
Rained buckets for most of our stay so we were inside a great deal. It was cozy and comfortable .. Owner permitted us to use kitchen to warm up dinner when it was just too awful to venture out.

Had a wonderful stay
Only stayed one night, but it was VERY nice. Very impressed with condition of building and how tastefully each room was decorated. Carrie was more than accommodating as we had an early morning departure. I would not hesitate to recommend the Forks of the Credit Inn to anyone and we look forward to our next opportunity to visit again!

Run by a charming young couple who want to make this work - they have done an excellent job of renovating a heritage building to meet the most modern standards. Breakfasts are substantial, and cooked to order, setting you up for the rest of the day. With an significant outdoor space, breakfasts can be eaten indoors or out; drinks (yours) can be had outdoors on a sunny patio. The hamlet of Cataract is worth a visit in itself, and forms a proper start to exploring the attractive local area - Alton, Orangeville, Fergus and Elora are nearby, with a Provincial Park, numerous golf courses and hiking trails. Three local restaurants provide very good meals within a ten-minute drive - the hosts know them well. All in all, a great four day stay, and we will recommend it to others

Bed, Breakfast and a history lesson!
Fantastic historic building in very quiet area right across the street from trails that meander along the river. The premises were stunning and so beautifully decorated and comfortable. While we ate the equally fantastic breakfast, the proprietor gave us a history lesson about the building. I would return anytime! We were really happy with our experience!
