"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm.
This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work.
Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."
"I loved my two days at the Treehouse. The vibe is incredibly friendly. The location was perfect -- a block from the Cathedral square, the main shopping district, and Manchester Victoria station. There's this very cool, rustic theme that's part children's book, part farm house. I found it reallym and relaxing. The room was spotless and well-appointed, the gym was pristine, with great gear, and the bar/restaurant was great and never overwhelming. A+ stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Due to Storm Floris and all cancelled transport to Scotland, we could not proceed to our intended destination, Glasgow, on Monday. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was really clean, renovated and looked great. The staff at check-in and at breakfast were pretty friendly and efficient as well. "
