"This lovely hotel is nestled in a neighborhood that is quiet and very upscale. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a bar and restaurant (serving limited light fare) in the hotel lobby. For our purposes, it was located and very walkable. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. We stayed in a deluxe king room that offered a sitting area as well as a sleeping area. The decor was understated but elegant and comfortable. the bathroom featured a walk in shower which we prefer and the toiletries were very good, We would definitely stay here again if we had plans in the area. It is a mile or so north of the Mag Mile and Downtown attractions, but is convenient to the lake as well as Lincoln Park. Well priced and wonderful."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. When we went to our room, maintenance was just changing the air filter in the AC. It was nice to know that the filters are changed. The location was really convenient for using both the buses and the subway (the L). We have stayed at multiple hotels in Chicago in the past few years, and we have finally found one we will continue to go to."
