Not wat I expected.
Room was far from what was expected, the pictures do little to no justice. On the con side the room did include breakfast and the service team was super nice and friendly.

The floor felt sticky as if somebody cleaned with soda . I reported it but they cleaned until next day under our request .

Best part is that they include breakfast. Downsides: small room, not clean, spiderwebs on ceiling and on the lights, gap at bottom of room allowing bugs in, and roosters waking you up early morning.

Rooms had a bunch of mosquitoes in there. Huge opening under the door which is not safe rodents can come in. Could be cleaner.

The restaurant food is absolutely delicious. The breakfast is included and its not buffet its from their actual restaurant menu. Drinks are 10/10 as well. Super close to popular wineries. Highly recommend. It doesn't get packed because the hotel is only 10 rooms very intimate.

2/10 Poor

The pictures on the website are deceiving this by far has been the worst hotel (the trash can was a wood crate covered with black grocery bag), restroom had plumbing issues our room was flooded and no hot water! This hotel is very run down, noisy staff, the young receptionist was rude and not very welcoming. Do not recommend this hotel.

Valle 13 is a truly awesome place. The general courtyard area is a perfect place to hang out with friends. We had 19 people and 13 stayed on site at Valle 13. We loved our stay. The rooms could use a little storage for clothes and toiletries, but the main thing we needed was a bed. Very cool spot at a super reasonable price.

This was a darling, quaint property. There was a rooster crowing that briefly awoke friends in other rooms, a little noise from vendors setting their booths on the weekend days, but it was all a part of the Mexico experience. Rooms are very simple and basic… bed and small table and 2 chairs and small bathroom… but I was in there only to sleep and shower. Great outdoor area with a fire pit… beautiful vines everywhere. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was incredible, Fabian our server was personable, fast, and accurate. Fire pit was a warming welcome each evening we got home from the vineyards. Bed was comfortable and room was quaint but nice for as little time we spent in the room.
