8/10 Very good

Cenote fun. Cabanas are ok.
The cabanas were ok. Nothing fancy but had what we needed for traveling from Tulum to Merida. It was a fun stopping point where we swam in the cenote in the afternoon on first day and in morning of day we checked out. There is also an outdoor pool at the cabanas. They require you to rent a life jacket to swim in cenote. And this cenote is fairly dark and beautiful inside. A lot of people are taking selfies which is kinda annoying when actually swimming....

Quiet escape
Remote, quiet location. Use the cenotes early before all the tour buses arrive.

6/10 Good

I think that the cenotes are very unique to the property, It gives the property a very special attraction, but there needs to be more information on how to get to the cenotes from the cabins. I tried to go to the smaller cenote and couldn't find it. I ended coming back to the cabins feeling disappointed, The property is beautiful, but there is trash here and there. The gardens need to be attended to. We didn't have our room cleaned, and nobody told us if we needed to request our room to be cleaned. Please, don't think that I am being negative. I would probably come back and stay again just for the cenotes, but there are other places with better services, better taken care, and more clean. Thank you

No hot water and towels had bloodstains
The cenote was beautiful to see.. the room, not so much. They gave me the towels at check-in and I didn't notice until I went to use them they were stained with what looked like blood. The hot water did not work also. I would not recommend the hotel.

2/10 Poor
