Don’t waste your money here.
Never given a bad rating till today. I should’ve definitely listened to the other bad reviews for this place because they were unfortunately true. To start, no directions to the water tower outside of the airport where they pick you up, so I called and they woman on the phone told me it’s in the message they sent and to call when I find it and hung up. There in fact is no directions to the water tower, it only says “meet at the water tower”. I did eventually find it and got picked up. The receptionist at the time I arrived was rude and had seemed like she just wanted to get the transaction between us over with. The room was smaller than expected and the second double bed was actually just a pull out couch not a legitimate bed. One of the toilet buttons weren’t working when we arrived, and then by the end of the night neither were working. We found a roach in the room by the fridge. And the stairs up to the second bed were loud and sounded like they were going to give at any moment. Overall it was a bad. I suggest anyone who’s looking just spend the few extra dollars to stay at the best western or Marriott across the way, because this place was not great.

Very convenient hotel following a flight cancellation. Staff lovely. Close to airport. Offers transfer service to airport. Walls a bit thin so heard snoring very loudly but otherwise great albeit brief stay.

Great hotel, but shuttle not recommended..
Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Check in was smooth. Got unlucky with bad neighbours making awful noise after midnight but receptionist helped to sort it out. Breakfast was ok, got fresh coffee also. Shuttle much overpriced for group of four, it was 25 euros whilst the inbound taxi was only 18 euros and so much faster, shuttle arrived 7 mins late and got stuck in traffic, taxis has dedicated lanes at the airport avoiding queues whilst the shuttle just dropped us off illegally outside parking zone..

Modern and great value!
Perfectly modern and lovely hotel, with a good breakfast, for an insanely cheap price. Shuttle pick-up from Marco olo airport was super easy and we continued on to skiing in the Dolomites the next morning, so it was a perfect base for us. Not sure how easy it is to get to Venice, apparently there's a bus stop right there and it takes 30 min to Piazzale Roma, though unless you're really on a strict budget - nothing beats strolling the sestieri at night. :)

We loved the room, which is undoubtedly the most important part. With that being said.. upon arrival we walked into the Check-In area and the desk clerk was loudly arguing with another employee. The argument persisted for 10 minutes and we werent acknowledged until it was over. The check-in process was easy for us, but the hotel lacked professionalism.

The cleanliness was overall ok, except, there were bugs all over. The staff mentioned it was common of the region; however. They could’ve warned us. Also, adjacent room guests had their alarm go off at 3 am for about 10 min and played loud music till 5 am. Front desk staff (Mr. Osvaldo) was very unfriendly, rude, and has no sense of customer service. I would never even consider staying at this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. Just plain awful.
