So many things have change, not for the good!
Where to start! We have been staying at this property each Thanksgiving for the last 9 years. We had so many issues this trip. We had already decided that we wanted to stay 2 extra days when we arrived. We inquired about extension. You can no longer upgrade, extend or make changes at front desk. You must go through travel agent or Hilton's site. We had to call every morning & evening to have the hot water heater "popped off" so that we had hot water. Sensor in the vanity area went triggered the lights from midnight to 6:00 am. Restaurants closed & there was no warning. We had the TV replaced in our room. Had to call twice to front desk to get the new remote. It is just the little things that can ruin a vacation. I have already begun searching for our new favorite resort in Playa! Beyond disappointed this trip.
