The staff were lovely and very friendly. The hotel itself was extremely disappointing. There was only 1 elevator in service , an ATM that didn’t even work, no room service and the rooms were not what I would expect from the Hilton brand.

Room was great, service was good, make sure you ask about parking when you check out, they were supposed to give us a stamp to discount the parking and we didnt get one

Perfect hotel for a few nights in the city. Front desk was very nice and helpful, we arrived early and our luggage was held in a locked room which I really liked. 9/11 memorial , Wall Street , ferry , Chinatown and little Italy are all 10-15 walking distance and there is a subway entrance/exit right outside the doors super convenient!!! There is also a lovely local dive bar across the street that I highly recommend Nancy Whiskey Pub. We stopped in both nights we stayed and would come back to location again. There is an alley next to the hotel and the trash trucks were outside at 1am and very loud that is my only complaint but a great location otherwise.

Nice property with good sized rooms for New York. It could use some updates, specifically the restrooms in the lobby/restaurant. Close to excellent restaurants. The staff and service were excellent!!
