Hotel was super clean and smelled great!! Location was great as it’s right next to the subway and near SoHo. The room was a decent size, especially for New York! Staff was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay and if I have to spend another night in NYC I would use this hotel again. I found it clean and conveniently located close to a subway entrance.

6/10 Good

It was a great location right next to a subway stop. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Our room was not done when we got back at around 3-4:00 for a break. Maid staff did ask if we wanted our room made up, but we were relaxing, so we just got towels. They need more staff if they can’t get rooms done by 3:00!

The room was HUGE by NYC standards! AC was ice cold for the daytime, beds were comfortable and clean. Linens were soft. Our unit had a street view and the windows opened for fresh air and the city sounds at night! Subway station is right across the street! Several small restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the FD (took about 45 minutes) to shop/explore. The area was clean and the hotel is nice. The day staff was SO friendly and helpful. The toiletries were nice, too. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and lotions provided. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Good

Had booked a room with a view of Tribeca and all I got was a view of the other buildings back sides. The fan in the bathroom had lots of dust built up around it and the TV had a watermark that was on the whole time. The room itself was t bad, good size bed and good working a/c unit. Subway was very close and easy access to everything

Room was clean, air conditioner was perfect. Very accommodating. Only issue was slow wait time for elevator. Nice area due to shops, food, and subway beside hotel.

6/10 Good

It was an okay stay. The room was spacious and clean however, the water had black soot coming out of it. I should've been refunded, at least partially, but didn't. I alerted the front desk, hopefully it gets resolved before the next guest.

The rooms are nice, even the smaller ones. One bummer was that there was only 1 elevator available because the other was broken the whole time of my stay. Also, priced more on the “reasonable “ side, at least $100 less expensive than others in the area per night

Clean room, very quiet and comfortable beds. Great location with easy subway access. Included a fridge and microwave. Would recommend!

You can’t get closer to a subway stop! That’s a big bonus. Nice place but can hear all the outside noise all night long. Everything else was good though!! 😊
