Our door does not lock properly, somebody get in in our room and stole all the bottled water, food and juice boxes when we went out to explore the town, good thing we didn't leave any valuable in our room. It's stink like smoke. Not clean at all, very disappointed! Does not feel safe at all

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a getaway from home in BC. For the price, it was certainly a great choice. Easy access to a No Frills & a Shoppers Drug Martjust across an open grassy area near the hotel, and a walking distance (or <5 minute drive) from nearby fast food locations/restaurants. Overall, the room itself was decent. Not spectacular, but you get what you pay for (& I'm not particularly picky in general). Cleanliness was overall decent. Walls were a bit scuffed up from a chair hitting it due to the chair being located in a relatively tight corner (moved it cause I didn't want to cause anymore indentations when i sat down at the table). Noise was sometimes a little elevated at night (beyond 11 pm), but nothing that would've kept me awake. Overall, if I could give it 4.5, I would. Since that's not an option, I'll round it up to 5 stars.

Stayed 3 nights and I have stayed here multiple times. It always stands to me as an example of how a business can push past obvious limitations to provide as best customer service as they could. Sure, a lot of things could be done better starting from the modernization of the facility. However, I still, in all, have a good experience every time I stay. Bed comfortable, never had a problem with regulating the room temperature, heater/AC always working; with those, I can’t up with little stuffs here and there that I wish were better.
