"Does what it says on the tin. It’s a better than average airport terminal hotel. Staff were very attentive and when I explained I couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast included in the price due to early departure they proposed I use the voucher for dinner instead. It’s my second or third time there and I will definitely use it again when needs require."

"This hotel was great! The breakfast in the morning was so delicious and had many options. It’s not too far from the train station and bus stop so getting to it is easy. It’s close enough to the Shinjuku downtown center (10 minute walk) but also quiet as it is across the street from a beautiful park. The staff is very nice and the rooms are a good size."
