Awesome staff. Very nice hotel

2/10 Poor

Room was fine. Very simple but clean and nice view. It's definitely not a four star. Really zero amenities beyond a simple pool (hardly any chairs) and a gym. Nothing else. No coffee in the room. No water. Problem was the NOISE. The nightclub next door was thumping the bass until 3am. It really was not possible to sleep. I actually closed the hurricane shutter on the balcony, which helped with noise, but not the vibration. If you hope to get any sleep before 3:00am, better stay somewhere else.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean, sometimes shorted on face cloths or hand towel. I stayed 2 weeks and had to ask for the sheets to be changed after 1 week. Staff was helpful when needed. It’s a great hotel, and very close to the mall. Internet was not the best. Need to get tv channels that show movies for English visitors.

This place is grate if you want a relax place. The pool is always empty, the view is amazing, and the amenities are great . I have to mention as well that you get access to a door to enter to the mall , how awesome is that!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There were a few maintenance issues. Noisy at night from nearby bars. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
