"Very clean and spacious suite. Comfy bed. However, the pull out sofa bed was very hard! Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Hotel is in a great location with easy access from the main road. Lots of shopping and dining within a 5 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was very clean throughout. Ample free parking. Wish they had breakfast included in the price. However, the rates were some of the best in the area."

"We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit."

"Overall great stay. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean and bright. Staff friendly. I didn’t have time to use any amenities. Only negatives were length of time to check in at desk. A lot of paperwork & computer work it seemed. We stayed two nights not consecutive as we attended a wedding north of Victoria one night. Our view was a brick wall directly out our window both stays, and both times we had to call for our TV to be fixed. They did come immediately to fix it to their credit. Overall nice place. We would stay again."
