"I would give this hotel 2-3 stars.
When we arrived, we found out that the pool was closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere on the website before booking, and no discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
There was also a strong odor from the maintenance work throughout the common areas of the hotel. Despite the ongoing work, there were no noticeable improvements. In our room, the top part of the curtain was partially torn, and the floor cleanliness was only average.
We stayed for 4 nights, but housekeeping only made the beds once. On the other days, they only replaced towels and emptied the trash. The mattresses were old spring mattresses that squeaked every time you moved, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The positives are the location, which is excellent. The hotel is on a main road with plenty of restaurants nearby and is only about 8–14 minutes from Disney World, depending on the park. Free breakfast and free parking are also included, although we did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on its quality.
Overall, the location is the hotel’s biggest advantage, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness, and room condition made this a disappointing stay."
