"Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet."

"Really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and had everything we needed. Shower was a bit tricky but managed to use hand held. Stsff were very accommodating, unfortunately garage entrance to hotel didnt open twice- had to walk around. Parking provided hours after we checked out, very thankful! "

"Great location. Close to mall, restaurants and sites to see. Beautiful accommodation. Quick check in. Great lobby and lounge; other than service to order … felt ignored. I suppose if I sat at the bar and not a table, I’m sure it would have been different. "

"Prompt responses from staff. They came promptly when I needed to use Laundry & asked for help. The shelves in the kitchen were very high & I had no way to reach the glassware on those top shelves! Otherwise very convenient location and prompt, helpful staff."
