Welcome! Situated at the edge of the historical neighbourhood of Kentish Town, my home is ideal for families or large groups who want enjoy the peace of quiet of North London. Comprised of a large living area and 2 bedrooms; kick back, relax and rest your feet on the couch whilst catching up on your favourite soaps on the flat-screen telly. Or make use of the mod-cons in the fully-equipped kitchen to make yourself some snacks or a homestyle meal. The washer can be found there as well to help your freshen up your clothes during your stay. Both bedrooms come equipped with double-beds with hotel quality linens and storage. However, the master bedroom has an addition of a desk for those who work remotely. The bathroom comes with all the basics of a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Hairdryer, fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost for your convenience. You'll have access to the garden outside, and my home will be cleaned and sanitised before your stay. Unfortunately, I have not gotten a TV license yet, so the TV will not be useable for the time being. Enjoy! Communal garden, Hampstead heath park and Camden lock Market within walking distance. My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Residential Kentish Town centres on busy Kentish Town Road, with historic pubs, neighborhood shops, and global eateries alongside a growing number of health food spots, hip cafes, and cocktail bars. Highgate Road, where The Forum hosts big-name gigs, leads to Parliament Hill Fields, with sweeping city views. Prince of Wales Road has a restored Victorian swimming pool, and all-weather pitches at Talacre Sports Centre. You can catch the Overground at Gospel Oaks station, which is a 10-minute walk from my home. Alternatively, you can head to St. Dominic's Priory, which connects to Bus routes 24 and 46. Taxis and Uber are available for hire. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the home. You can check-in from 15:00. The key collection is approximately 8 minute walking to the property and you will also be required to return the key back at check out. The home is currently on the market and we may request a viewing during your stay. We will provide at least 24 hours notice.
