Hands down best service ever
It’s our home away from home. My husband was there for a business trip and his eye got really bad. At one point, he couldn’t see. The staff were amazing. They took care of him and continued to check in on him the entire stay. One of the best hotels in the world.

Amazing hotel with great service, fun (noisy) bar, excellent sushi. Lovely outdoor heated pool. Decor is fabulous. Staff are all delightful, helpful and above standard. Bring your Gold card though. Prices are over the top. Between the taxes, obligatory service fees etc, it is very expensive. If you can afford it, this is a brilliant hotel conveniently located right downtown. Close to the seaplanes, fast ferry (Hullo) shopping and restaurants. It’s a 10!

Exceeded expectations
I've stayed here before but it's even better than I remembered.We had an amazing staycation celebrating my friends birthday. The service is incredible! We went to dinner and they tidied our towels, gave us new robes and laid our wet bathing suits out to dry. Then they did a turn down service later, maybe when we were in the lounge I think. They totally spoiled us! Literally everyone is so nice and accommodating! Highly recommend Botanist and the lounge downstairs. The weather was awful and we had everything we needed in the building. Including late night room service and breakfast in bed the next morning lol. I love that checkout isn't until noon so you can get some hot tub or spa action in before you go too.

Beautiful view & amazing service on the GOLD floor
Fairmont Gold Floor never disappoints. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and sightseeing. Staff go above and beyond to give you the best recommendations. Gold floor amenities were great. Good food and drink selection. Love the personal barista services. Hotel is located in a great location for shopping and transportation to major attractions.

The best place ever. I don't even know what to say but perfection. This will always be my favourite hotel to stay in. The staff's attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond exceeds Forbes 5 star service. Every year, my girlfriends and I celebrate our birthdays here & there's no place we'd rather be. Our favourite thing to do is sit by the pool and order food and drinks! They upgraded us to the most convenient and spacious rooms to do so! We had 3 rooms in total for our august weekend! Every staff you meet is delightful! When you make a request, they are on it! When you want your room cleaned, they'll go above that! I had a big clump of wires for my chargers and they had organized them for me! Never in my life has a hotel done that for me! or would I even expect to do that for me! They also found my curler when I had lost it switching rooms on a different day! I always feel safe when I'm there because you need to have a key to access your floor so only hotel guests are allowed! The building is beautiful inside and out and always clean!
