The property is gorgeous and the drinks are poured strong! The adult only area was an extra cost but was worth it, we spent most of our time there and the other guests were in a similar age range! First few days we enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, every member of my 7 person group ended up getting food poisoning at some point. They definitely don’t follow health food & safety laws. They also are extremely short staffed so everything has a wait. Ultimately, the pros don’t out way how horrible all our stomachs felt, I wouldn’t go back.

I purchased a package but mistakenly canceled it through the Expedia system. Two hours later, I rebooked it and contacted the hotel to explain the mistake, requesting a refund for the initial booking. However, they did not respond appropriately. When I spoke to them in person in Cancun, they claimed it was Expedia's fault. As a result, I ended up paying twice and they insisted that I pay extra for another room at the entrance

The resort was quite good with lots of pools and restaurants. We couldn't finish visiting all the restaurants during our 1 week stay. Food & drinks options were good. Only two things i didnt like were -a.on arrival they talked us into upgrading by fabricating something which wasn't true. That upgrade costed me $1200 extra. b. The beach was very small and not a great one, preferred pools within the resort.

The worse all inclusive experience we've ever had. The staff was not friendly we were met with so much rudeness, they blatantly ignored us at the pool bar, lobby bar, buffet. Definitely felt the racism and discrimination. Mold in our room and faucets had hard stuff stuck on them. Forgot to refill the mini fridge 2/5 nights. Overall we're usually really easy going and easy to please travellers, have done many all inclusive resorts including the one next door (Grand Sunset Princess) and this is the first time we had such awful service. A caucasion woman at the pool bar noticed how the bartender ignored my husband and skipped him she then proceeded to say "he was here first, why are you coming to me" and it was just an awful thing to experience, never happened to us before. We were incredibly disappointed and shocked. The facility amenities (gym and restaurants) were nice the shows were good too the rooms however had mold which was not a nice thing for the price you pay. They have nice activities for kids and a kids pool for people travelling with children but honestly if you're a person of color just avoid staying here all together. Next door at Grand Sunset Princess the service and staff were so sweet and amazing, save your money and find a better resort!

Marco was amazing staff to work with. He helped us with everything we needed. Helped with all our room needs and booking rides and dinners. Benny our shuttle driver was so funny and was our favorite driver. Will definitely be back. Food, service and rooms were excellent.

Had an amazing stay here with my partner. From the check in to the amenities and property, we had an amazing stay. Jordan checked us in and was amazing! He was very accommodating and helpful with explaining how to navigate around the resort. I loved how they had a walking/jogging path that went throng the whole resort. They provided little shuttles to take people all around the resort. The staff was very kind, helpful and respectable. Our room was a junior suite facing the garden with a roof top terrace and jacuzzi. The room was stunning and very spacious. The garden view was beautiful and provided beautiful sunset views. The resort also had cute little coati (Mexican raccoons), monkeys, deer, a cute little cat and a crocodile (the crocodile was not able to go on the path don’t worry!). The resort respected the animals habitats and had signs around to being awareness to the wildlife. The food was very well done. We primarily ate at the buffet. The hostess would greet you, take down your room number and ask if you had any allergies or food sensitivities. Seating was never a problem. The food stations provided a lot of variety and were accommodating for those who had allergies. Over all we had an amazing time and we have already told friends and family to visit. I hope your visit is as amazing as ours was!

Me & my husband just stayed at the ocean riviera for 9 days and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything and everyone was excellent,friendly,kind,attentive. Perfect for our honeymoon & first time traveling. The food the atmosphere the people was just amazing! Seriously didnt wanna leave. Juan the bartender in the lobby was the absolute best! From night one to our last night he was absolutely amazing! Hes been their for 7 years and hes killer at his job! As a server and bartender myself i appreciate good service. The front desk employees were very kind and met our needs whenever we needed something. Christaball i believe was his name one of the front dest employees was very good and funny. Louise that works at the steakhouse was absolutely amazing as well! Made us laugh and was very good @his job! The bartenders @ the pool were amazing as well! This is the place to go! Marco at the guest service is absolutely just wonderful! He was so kind and nice and helped us out with anything we needed. If we ever go on vacation again we will definitely we staying here again! This is a honest review 👏

Nice resort to stay at with kids. The beach is nice, (it didnt have much seaweed and is nice and sandy) but small. Food is pretty good. The a la carte restuarants are decent but nothing to write home about. We stayed at the Eden compound. Views from the balcony are either the pool or a back alley which looks kind of run down, it is however quite if you have kids. Staff are very friendly and entertainers are very engaging. There is a trolly running back and forth from the lobby which is nice. The pools were clean and not overcrowded and the variety of pools was also a nice addition. Lots of stuff to do with the kiddos. This is definitely a family style resort, so if you're looking for a couples get away, there are better options out there. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Gorgeous grounds but the room smelt horribly of mildew. The food was very inconsistent. Also they make it so hard to get reservations. The drinks somehow tasted like nothing. They do have amazing entertainment though and we did have a lot of fun. The beach was also good. The privilege sections could be bigger though. The animals on the ground are also so cool!

Our stay was exceptionally great! due to Miriam whom checked us in, she upgraded our room so we had an ocean view!! Very knowledgeable the resort booked us a reservation to one of the first class restaurants! Our flight was early! Miriam helped us how to change so we could get in Mexico mode. The drinks and restaurant choices were awesome. The trains were always available to use to navigate the resort! Excellent place to stay! Sheila Connor

Only great things to say about this resort. It’s modern and clean. Great food and facilities. There is so much to do for families. Karely, Fer, Viri & Miri from the kids club are so amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure the kids had the best time! Marco from guest services is also awesome and helped us with the restaurant reservations and little treats to make the stay extra special. Can’t wait to come back!

This was so great. The staff in all areas were helpful, friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded to a swim up room. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping came and asked us if we needed anything. We were treated like we were the only guest there. The hotel has lots of restaurants and some stores for shopping. The premises are easy to find your way around. Everything is walkable it you want to. The beach, the restaurants etc. The shuttles are often. Not one complaint. I would definitely go back to this resort. Highly recommend. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

We loved the people that worked very hard to make us comfortable, Hector, Oliver, Efrain and all of the hard workers. We can wait to go back . Thanks again Dennis and Nancy
