This is a boutique hotel with a Fantastic location!! On the Beach and a block away from 5th avenue. The have a restaurant on site that transitions into a beach bar (on the beach) called the Sand Bar (I think). The deck 5 Sky bar give a beautiful view on the ocean. Do not believe anything written by people who are paid to post positive comments. This is a trash can, not a hotel. Avoid it at all costs. It’s very dirty, run down, bed full of hair, dirty toilet without a door, along with a disgusting smell in the room, etc. No positive points. I give 0 stars. Do not let the pictures on their site or social media fool you: it’s false advertising. AVOID!!!

I really love this hotel, but over the years I can see it’s slowly declining. It’s a a few small things that will enhance its ratings. The room layout is very unique and different, but it’s giving update vibes. For the price, I’ll definitely be visiting again. I hope some adjustments are made. Most definitely recommend to others. My small peeves wouldn’t deter me from staying again in the future.

I didn’t like not being able to flush the toilet paper in the toilet after I wiped myself which caused the room to have a smell. I have never been in place that I couldn’t flush the toilet paper that’s very unsanitary.
