Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

10/10 Excellent
"The staff were very attentive. The concierge helped with restaurant bookings and directions on how best to navigate the city. The dogs that “ live” at the concierge desk made the hotel even more special The hotel was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the toilet did not flush properly and the bathtub looked old. All in all I would definitely return. "

"The hotel room was big and comfortable for the 4 of us. The king size bedroom was great for a bit of privacy from the kids. I did not rate the breakfast as it is not included and we did not go to the buffet for breakfast. I wish the hotel included credit or free breakfast daily. The few fast food restaurant's are located in the casino so the kids could not sit and eat in their and we had to order and bring it to the room. The pool was great for the kids, they had alot of fun. The buffet was really good, a bit pricey but was delicious. "
