My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the rooms had a strong musty odor, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The staff, for the most part, were rude and unhelpful, making even the simplest requests feel like an inconvenience.One of the most frustrating experiences was with a staff member named Susana, who initially promised us an $80 coupon to use toward any activity as a gesture of goodwill for our first stay. However,the next day, she changed her story,saying we could only receive it if we also visited a sister hotel. When we declined the extra trip, she suddenly refused to honor the original offer, completely going back on her word.While we ultimately paid out of pocket for jet skiing multiple times,the dishonesty and manipulation were unacceptable.
Every interaction with the front desk was a hassle.They were dismissive and rude, refusing to assist with basic inquiries. It felt like they were only interested in selling something.The food was another major disappointment. There was a severe lack of variety, and what was available was bland & unappealing. There were flies all over the buffer.The drink situation was just as bad,every single soda we ordered was flat &completely tasteless making even the simplest refreshment unenjoyable. With poor hospitality unclean conditions and an overall lack of care for guests,this was by far one of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at.
