The onsite spa has 17 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Services include facials, body wraps, body scrubs, and detox wraps. The resort is beautiful, the buffet’s were amazing. The people working there are very accommodating and nice. I don’t like seeing Dolphins in captivity they should be free. The Italian restaurant needs a real Italian chef not a Mexican in the kitchen and when they stop all the repairs it will be nice it seems to be at an age where things need to be redone. But over all it was a wonderful holiday

The Beach is amazing, nestled in a cove giving gentle waves for toddlers to enjoy the ocean and the kids can easily see fish too. We enjoyed all the walking trails throughout the large property, without having other people on your heels. Lots of wildlife and birds to see too. Food was amazing, lots of options and great quality. Staff was great throughout the property too, all were very kind to our kids. The Bad -Booked a king bed, got two doubles instead. -Slept without Bed duvets for 9 out of the 10 nights. -The tub in our room only put out hot water, had to pail in cold water from the sink with the ice bucket so our kids could have baths. -There is no way to physically lock the room door from the inside. -2 Liters of drinking water per day is not enough for my family of 5. Wished they had a simple tap anywhere on the resort so we could get more drinking water when needed. Assistant Manager instructed to buy water from the convince store. We did manage to get the hotel manager to approve 5 litres of bottle water for us, but that only lasted for 2 days. -Bottled water is not provided on your last day either. -We did manage to get a 2 hour extension for check out, however they still went into our room while we were enjoying our last hours at the beach and removed our bags at the regular scheduled checkout time, and then we were locked out of room too, despite being told we had a 2 hour extension for check out. Not a single apology from the front desk.

We were very happy with the Expedia hosts on site, especially Oscar. They checked in with us regularly to ensure all our needs were looked after. The on site concierges Flores and Christoffer were also extremely attentive. It was our second stay at Grand Sirenis (first was in January 2023) and the renovations to most of the common areas were impressive. We will definitely vacation there again!

Many quiet and intimate areas, as well as many active areas. Good snorkeling, restaurants and buffet. I recommend the custom food stations in the buffet (omelette, pasta)! Staff are friendly polite and helpful. Don’t feel like you’re competing for palapas or pool seating. The lazy river is a definite plus. Lovely property!

The facilities are rundown, requiting major upgrades to not look like it was last updated in 1987. The a la carte restaurants are as easy to get in to as Fort Knox on a Tuesday. Staff is nice, but not trained at all to deal with tourists simple questions, constant confusion and lack of minimal organization. The rooms and facilities are spread out over what feels like the state of texas where you might need a small plane or helicopter to get to the beach, or demystify the secret code to find the restaurants or other areas of the resort you would like to visit and utilize. Vast majority of the staff don't know themselves where certain parts of the resort are….. it was laughable and we chose to simply give up after 2-3 days as it was becoming extremely frustrating. As a frequent traveler / vacationer i HIGHLY recommend NOT staying here.

The property has a great beach that is clean with clear water and the ability to be in the ocean and enjoy the water. With 3 huge pools there were plenty of chairs with no early sunrise chair saving needed. The beach bar rotated a daily fresh prepared lunch and the staff was friendly and kind. Overall a great trip.

The serving staff were AMAZING! Shout out to Irene and Louisa serving our drink orders from the pool bar. We enjoyed walking the beautiful and tropical paths. The grounds and building are maintained and cleaned constantly. Many food choices and ethnic restaurants to try (all delicious!) . . . . enjoyed the Lion King show. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the 70's show on our very first night. Costumes were inappropriate ( too many butts hanging out) as was the grinding and gyrating happening on stage. Other than that very small unpleasantness, everything else was FANTASTIC!!! 9.9/10

We absolutely loved our trip to GS! Such a beautiful resort, lush and green within the jungle. Beach and ocean are stunning, lots of fish right at the resort, Plenty of wildlife to admire: monkeys, raccoons, coatis, cats, iguanas… luckily no snakes for us. The buffet was the best one I have experienced, large, clean and lots of yummy options. The a la cartes were fantastic! Our favourite was the Italian restaurant “Tonino.” Our waiter Rigo was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food at this place was awesome and will be the reason we come back. Be prepared to walk a lot since the resort is very large, we don’t mind walking so this was fine for us. The nightly shows we watched were fantastic: Michael Jackson, 70’s show and the Lion King. Only issues we struggled with was minimal bathrooms working and available for the size of the resort. And we would have liked hand sanitizer to be encouraged to everyone prior to entering the buffet and restaurants to prevent passing illnesses throughout guests. There was none anywhere on the resort. Rooms were standard, AC seems to work very minimally and make sure you bring your own toiletries since they do not offer much. No lotion, conditioner, or extras or any kind. Otherwise we loved this resort and will hopefully be back one day.
