The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Our rooms were incredible with Súper comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The pools were gorgeous and clean and the gym well equipped. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. Really kind.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel, modern with multiple pools. We rented a car, which was a big reason we picked this hotel - otherwise you're walking 5-10 minutes to get even get to the first street in the heat, a covered parking lot kept us sheltered from the rain. A pipe burst in our complex, so they moved us to a suite which was a very suitable fix for us. We didn't use the gym facilities but they looked very nice. A padel court which we also didn't use. Staff was friendly the whole time. I'd stay again, as long as I had a car.

Wyndham Tulum A hidden gem

The Wyndham Tulum is beautiful and the staff outstanding. Myltha, the front desk manager goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. Martin in the restaurant served our food with great care. It was delicious. Rent a scooter-ATV-bike--both town and beach are near by.

This will be a “love/hate” rating The staff was very friend and solved issues. But had to make them aware of upgrade. And the upgrade did not feel like an upgrade. See attached picture. A old jacuzzi and “backyard” with nothing (see picture). Breakfast came with the booking but we also had to remind the staff about this. The hotel itself is nice

Wyndham Tulum

This is a new property just opened in April 2025, and has been buit to a very high spec. The rooms are modern and each with private jacuzzi’s, with the suites super luxiorious with a kitchen and living room and very roomy. The swimming pool area has lots of loungers to relax after a swim, and has a dining area in the middle to order refreshments. The gym is fully equiped and excellent. 24 hr concerciege and free parking. Ivan, the manager, and his team are always readily available to help if you require anything. The cleaning staff are great and ensure rooms left pristine

Great property and price. I loved the fact that they had a family pool and adults-only pool. My daughter was about to have as much fun as she wanted, and the adult side seemed really nice! Small detail, but I stayed for 7 days and they didn't automatically refill the coffee station every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This seemed like a new property as everything looked and appeared as such. It was clear, had more than everything we needed. Amenities like padel court were a great addition. The pool was a highlight! I would highly recommend staying here instead of the hotel zone as it offers better proximity to restaurants in Centro which is better in my opinion. Overall 10/10!

This is a lovely property close to downtown Tulum area, with great staff, and an absolutely gorgeous pool area. We struggled with getting consistent internet in our room. Used the lobby internet on several occasions. It was nice to have a covered parking garage. Exiting the garage was a bit of a challenge due to a very narrow exit ramp. Fortunately, we rented a small car. If it was larger, we make have scraped the exit walls like other car apparently did due to marks make on the wall.

Our stay was great. Our concierge Antonio took great care of us. One of the staff members saw us walking and offered us a ride to our destinations on her way home. Hotel opened a month ago and is still under construction so the bar wasnt yet fully stocked. However the food and service was AMAZING

Absolutely beautiful place! We paid for the shuttle service to/from the airport, and did not have our own transportation. This place is set away from Tulum in a forested area. It is within walking distance of an old Tulum and a 7-Eleven, just bring plenty of water due to heat & humidity. It is not within walking distance to the beach. The place is still under construction, so taking a nap during the day was difficult! The staff is very kind and has bilingual people available. The on site restaurant is very good! There is not a gift shop on-site. We went on excursions on two separate days and we were picked up in front the compound at the steps, as the lobby is set further back and not visible from the road. Overall, we were happy about how clean the place was, and the landscape within the compound was stunning!

Great service, employees were wonderful. The pools are quite large and nice. Big size rooms. Some rooms on the first and 3rd floor have personal pools which is nice if you want to refresh yourself outside of the pool hours. The gym is well equipped for an average workout. I haven't tried the restaurant. Also since it's a fairly new hotel, construction isn't finished as of June 2025. It didn't bother me since I was out most of the day, but if you plan on staying in, bring some earplugs. I liked that it was situated halfway from the beach and Tulum Center. Though walking is doable, renting a car, scooter or a bike is a better option for getting around. If you rent a bike, I would suggest doing it from a place downtown as it is cheaper than renting from the hotel. However if renting from the hotel is more convenient for you and you don't mind paying a bit more, they offer the service. Once again the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

It was honestly a beautiful hotel. Everything was clean & updated. I know it opened sometime last year. Few things that we weren’t satisfied with: there are no ice machines on the floors, so we had to call every time we needed some. Sometimes it came, sometimes it didn’t. We had a nice balcony, but unfortunately there weren’t any chairs to sit, so we found that a little odd. Inside there was only one seat. No little tables either to eat. We got a basic room, but even with that, I feel like there should have been a least a little table and maybe another chair. I also ordered uber eats a few times & the hotel gave them a hard time handing me the food. The first time, they had to escort the uber driver to the room(totally fine, as I know they are just trying to be safe) but the last two times I did it, the hotel made me walk to the lobby. Thought that was weird, but also a little inconvenient, as the lobby is far from the room. Lastly, check out was fine, but once I got into the ride to go to the airport, they called me accusing us of stealing a blow dryer. We were so confused & upset because we didn’t know how to prove that we didn’t take it. They said not to worry and they will talk to housekeeping. I told them to please get back to me & they never did.. I keep checking to make sure I wasn’t charged, but it was just a little weird. Overall, beautiful place, but they need to change some things

Family Tulum Trip

Clean, modern, quiet. Very close to pueblo and restaurants. Friendly staff. Vero was there to help us with anything we needed. Loved the pool. Kids loved the pool and grounds. Restaurant could be better by offering lore authentic dishes. Would stay here for sure!

The place looks nice on photos and some what in person too. They spent more money to make the front water feature than the actual pool. The pool is sub par with insects all over. And the Fancy island on the room kitchnets were cracked - my biggest problem that i faced was there was no electricity in the rooms for 2 days. I checked in and the property said they are having some isses, no one else was having issues. They had generators to run the AC in the lobby, but not in the rooms. We were promised 30 mins it will be back... took 7 hours. Next day morening 6 am the AC stopped workin gin 90 degree weather, and its became humid and unbearable. We went to breakfast and flies and mosquitoes everywhere. We didnt eat, it kinda felt lackluster.
