All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️

The junior suite is spacious and luxurious if you need a near airport spot to sleep. The hotel is newly opened and very clean with lovely linens. The restaurant is limited menu but tasty.

The property is very new (open 4 months I believe). Still working out the kinks but has a lot of potential. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Down side is no bed larger than a full. My husband and I did not sleep well on this smaller bed.

Hotel was isolated, granted I stayed for a work trip, I was not there for leisure. The property had a strong order, similar to moldy smell best I can compare it to. The food was some of the worst I have ever had. The hotel does not have a good menu and food tasted terrible. Other than that, the room was clean but there is no do not disturb for the door. They will go inside to clean while you are not there. If you can book another Hotel, I'd recommend that. There is NOTHING in the area to eat or do.

I was SO impressed with this hotel. I needed a place to crash at the Tulum airport after flying in and booked this place having no idea how nice, new, and convenient it would be!!! It’s literally in the same parking lot as the airport. As soon as you walk out BOOM, there it is!!! It was built within the last year so everything is nice and new. There’s a beautiful rooftop area with lounging, a restaurant, and pool/hot tubs! A total bang for your buck! Super happy with our stay!!! We ended up staying a night before we flew out too just because it was so convenient being so close! Highly recommend.

Brand new hotel but its still "needs some work". The staff was friendly and helpful but the only places they were always present was the front desk and the small shop in the lobby. Bar and cafeteria were usually unstaffed.
The room smelled like concrete dust so heavily you could taste it and the floors needed to be mopped. I ran my finger tips across the floor and could see white powdery residue.
The bed was comfortable but tiny. Advertised as a Queen, but actually a Full and had a 6 inch gap between the mattress and headboard that kept eating pillows. Large wall TV was nice. Room door needs a peephole.
Bathroom sink had no cold water, only hot water that stank like sulfur, no soap dish nor towel racks/hooks. Shower was large but also stank of sulfur and had no place to hang towels or wash clothes except one vertical door handle inside and one horizontal handle outside.
Air Conditioning worked well, except I think it was full of concrete dust. We had the A/C off and balcony door open for fresh air until it got too hot, once the A/C was back on the concrete smell came back very strong.
This website mentions a restaurant and a coffee shop, but there is only a cafeteria with an espresso machine. The food wasn't great and took a long time. The rooftop lounge and bar had beautiful views but not much shade from the intense sun.
The better option for food/drinks is to walk next door to the airport that has multiple restaurants and bars outside the security checkpoint.
