8/10 Good
"I booked in a single reservation for a family of total 4 people, the room(s)they gave me was 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds in each. So one room was only use for sleeping. I then inquired about maybe get 1 room with 3 beds and they wanted 40000 yen more per day , x 5 days. You can see my frustration. Also, The AC was not up to par, it was very hot in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good, but its the same everyday for 5 days. The staf was very helpful in regards to my question about the food delivery. The tokyo tower was only 8 mins walking distance. The hotel staff was very nice overall."

10/10 Excellent
"The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo."
