All-round fantastic stay.
Had a great stay at the Altitude Tower. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating, beach is fantastic (just need to get there early to claim your spot). Booked the Balinese beds at the Beach and Moskito beach bar, real bliss. Came here for my wife’s birthday and we probably had 5 cakes and celebrations organised by the team without us even asking!

This hotel has one of the best views of Cancun at the room we stayed overlooking the ocean. We stayed here for two nights before going to another hotel but this one has better views by far. It’s about a 7 minute walk from the night clubs and Coco Bongo… the location of this place is perfect. Also, great people working at this place.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal es súper amable, desde el concierge Janer que hizo de todo para hacer q nuestra estadía fuera perfecta desde antes del viaje, Mariana que nos recibió en recepción, Karen que nos dejaba la habitación impecable y llena de detalles por nuestro aniversario, y claro los mesoneros de The grill(Zacarías), del beach club( Cerino) que se esmeraron muchísimo. La comida de La cevicheria y del beach club fueron mis favoritas. De verdad dejo mi gratitud a todo el personal del hotel, q aunq estaban bien ocupados siempre nos atendían super bien. Ahhhhh y la playa es la mejor que yo he visto en Cancún, sin muchas olas y nadaaaa de zargazo. Súper recomendado

I was there for my birthday. The hotel looks great , I gave it four star because one chair in the room was super dirty beside that everything was good.The location is awesome. Very walkable. You’ll be in the middle of everything , the receptionist was very nice and helpful and bartender was on point they made the best cocktail in town by far .

The most important item, in my view, is the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The reception desk staff were polite and welcoming. We were assigned a personal concierge, Mr. Janer, who got in touch with us through WhatsApp messages. He made dinner reservations for us in one of the hotel's restaurants every night of our stay. The staff members helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday in a special way. The hotel is very clean. The beach is beautiful. I definitely recommend this place.

This property has a lot of potential due to its beach. Let me start by saying the beach is absolutely beautiful. The property overall looks deteriorated. The buffet is too small for the amount of guests staying at Krystal Grand Cancun and Altitude tower. Not that many options to choose from. Cocktails are not good unless you’re staying at the Altitude tower and get them at the bar at the Altitude tower. The Moskito beach Club also has so much potential, not recommended. It’s a blessing that you have good food at the dinner restaurants or else you would be hungry for the most part of your stay. The service was very hit or miss. We had some amazing staff like Janer(concierge),Yair and Lucy(bar tenders), Roberto(waiter at Altitude tower breakfast and Moskito BC), Mariana(Altitude tower check in desk) and Monica(Moskito BC) but the other half were very annoyed/dismissive. Also be aware that this property does not have a/c, there is a/c only in the rooms and the Altitude tower. Not much night entertainment during our stay. So if you don’t mind not having many food choices for breakfast, lunch or snacks, bad tasting cocktails and an amazing beach go ahead and book this resort but make sure to book at the Altitude tower. Would I book again?Only if it was at a super cheap price or free. This is coming from someone that has been at other Cancun resorts, so if this is your first time at a Cancun resort maybe is not that bad. Hope this is helpful.

This was our second time staying at the Altitude at Krystal Grand Cancún. Pros are friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. You can walk to restaurants or convenience stores. Always felt safe. Pools are immaculate! Beach is the best! Most staff knows how to speak English decent so that is a huge plus. Cons would be that I had to request blankets and towels a few times before I received them. Food is average not great. Overall a great experience. I would recommend.
