"The aesthetic is golden! Literally! The hotel feels like sheer luxury. The bell men and front desk team were warm and welcoming. The staff in the common areas were also friendly and polite. "
"First time in this hotel and opted for a suite rather than a traditional room. The suite did not disapoint with lots of space and comfortable furnishings.
Breakfast was good and we got on room dining a few mornings which was good. Although is cheaper to eat out.
Pool is ok although rather small for the size of the hotel and is a bit annoying having to take a lift to tje 2nd flpor and a second lift to the pool area but this is a minor issue.
Staff are very attentive and the hotel is kept clean. Great for transport links around Dubai and within walking distance of the marina if you can hanfle the heat. I would stay again."
"The best hotel service I’ve ever been to. From the front desk, concierge and housekeeping. They kept surprising us throughout our stay with their attentions , surprises and amazing hospitality. The food is amazing 20/10. Would love to come back again soon!"
