The location is truly unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and a pristine private beach. The all-inclusive experience exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of the dining options were outstanding, with something to please every palate. The drinks were top-notch, and the service at all the bars was impeccable. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and refreshed. The pools were sparkling clean and refreshing, and there were plenty of loungers available. The beach was also well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or enjoying water activities. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff, especially Yajahira! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. We received a room that is ocean view, but no other VIP amenities. Air conditioner did not work. Shower door is clear glass we had to cover with bed sheets every time we took a shower as we were a family with kids. Christmas tree was covered with rainbow ornaments which is a disgrace for what the holiday is about. We arrived on December 28 and saw the show also it is Christmas show with a lot of scenes men holding another man in provocative way. The grinch is the main character. What a woke and provocative experience with kids. We didn’t see any other shows after for fear of the same themes.we had to beg for 20 minutes after checkout time because the kids were still showering.

We had great time in this hotel 7 years ago, that's why I chose this this hotel again. However, we had quite different experience this time. 1. The hotel front desk charged us resort fee when checking in. This is something you should know before booking in expedia. 2. The hotel's big pool was in renovation, including jacuzzi, so we didn't enjoy the fun. No any notification in their website at all. 3. The kid's center is a bit of a joke. most of time showed "closed". It opened in limited time, limited activities. 4. The Asian restaurant waited in long line, prepared 2 hours for the meal. the quality is not that great. Our family had great time in Cancun, while the hotel definitely need to improve their service quality in some areas.

This is our 3rd time visiting this property! The staff is absolutely the best! Very friendly, helpful and always smiling and willing to assist. Furthermore our butler Jessica is so amazing and has been great every time we visit! She is very knowledgeable of the property and helped us with booking restaurants, cabanas, and anything else we need she would be able to assist! Also, Marie Josè works for the excursions and events part of the resort. She helped us book some excursions on several occasions. She’s very nice, knowledgeable of the different things you can do in Cancun! Definitely recommend her when staying there! The only thing this time that was a bummer was the construction on the pool. 😞 We wished it would have already been finished but we understand resorts have to make renovations so we didn’t let it prevent us from having a great time. The other pool on the resort was open and is nice also. This place is great and we will be back again in the future. As someone who has been here 3x I highly recommend this resort!

We spoke to the resort directly and they were very friendly but unfortunately this is Expedia’s fault as they are in charge of advertising the necessary information. Highly disappointed. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Expedia but of course I have not heard anything back! There is nothing wrong with this resort. This is Expedia's fault. Do as much research as possible before booking any resorts as they will not disclose any information that may lean you towards a different resort!
