To summarize: dirty room, no parking even in the street, swimming pool as big as my bath, dishonest hotel management,
We planned to spend two night is this hotel, at the end of October 2018. When we arrived at 8pm, the receptionist asked us to sign a paper and then brought us to our room.
We arrived to our room, what a surprise. Pictures talk by themselves, dirt, dirt and dirt. Anywhere we could put an eye in the room, there was a cleaning problem. Mice drops in the kitchen, together with dead insects. Dirty sheets on all beds of all rooms, with stains and hairs everywhere. The ground wasn't even clean, see the picture showing my daughter's feet right after a shower, by walking in the room.
That was too much, not acceptable, so we decided to leave less than one hour after our arrival. The receptionnist proposed us another room, claiming that the room we were initially proposed wasn't the one we should have. The second room wasn't better, we refused to move to it, and decided to leave. The receptionist wasn't able to provide us with a reimbursement, and provided me with e-mail and phone number of the manager.
he following day, after whatsapp exchanges with this manager, he told us he would launch reimbursement, that was the 31st oct. We are the 29th nov, no reimbursement, manager doesn't answer to all messages I sent since them. This is not a way to deal with good faith customer, pictures are there to prove it.
