Horrible
Inside and outside balcony tub were extremely old, dirty and stained. The jets and handles are rusty. My toilet seat was broken. You can’t make reservations at restaurants. Its first come first serve with 2-4 hours of wait time leaving you no option but to order room service or the quickest was the buffet and they were horrible food options. Over all the food was really bad. In order to rent a cabana you have to purchase bottle service and the price for the bottle was outrageous.

The staff are on the whole really helpful. The variety of restaurants is great, there are plenty of sunloungers and 3 great pools. The spa is really nice whilst expensive you feel like you are getting an escape. The explorer’s club for kids is safe with lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. The family room set up worked well for us as a family of 5. The negatives: the rooms are really noisy, we had to move from the 1st room after the road noise and noise from the nightclub kept us awake. The 2nd room was also incredibly noisy and we didn’t get a good night sleep while we were there. The restaurants variety is excellent but the lines can be really long (over an hour) and the food was usually on the cold side. The buffet breakfast is good but would benefit from having outside space as it can feel very claustrophobic. On the whole it was a great holiday but needs some changes.

I was force to pay extra for a one bed vs 2 bed. Room was not clean. Cigarette burn marks all over the room. Was told private pool, no such thing. Pool was open where everyone including room next store can see. Ice cold pool with one lounge chair for two person. I was put across a butler station where we heard clanking sounds from dishes all night from room service. Food was Luke warm , I paid for spa. Toilets were out of order , steam room did not work horrible experience

Unfortunately I didn’t get to use my vip access, they had room upgrade but when I mentioned I was vip I was still asked to pay in additional fee as they stated that didn’t matter to them. The staff were friendly except Alejandra she was rude. I went for a wedding
