Ya le hace falta una renovación a los cuartos, parecen viejos, los colores ya está pasado de moda, el piso se ve sucio y dañado, no nos pudimos accesar al wifi del cuarto y todos los días tuvimos que pedir que nos activaran la llave del cuarto. 5 estrellas para las albercas, precio hospedaje y paquetes del bufet, y agradecimiento al mesero Juan Horacio fue muy atento y amable en el comedor, muy servicial.

It's a old building. Nothing like the pictures. The pool was dirty. And every single day i have to activate my key to enter my room. I ask for another pillow and they tell me they can't give me a extra one. For Several days the power just came and go. And i was lucky if they put new towels in the bathroom. If they left any towels.

We have stayed here before , this time the staff was really hard to deal with. I goofed up a reservation and only put 1 person down for a double bedded room . They made me pay $150 pesos for each extra person. I explained to them that I had already paid for the room they were not accommodating at all. The front desk girls were never welcoming. The Pool is nice and is open late, kid friendly with a slide and small kiddie pool.

Disappointing stay at Los Andes
Online we were told there was a gym to use nearby, there was not. There is only 1 pool, not 2, and the air conditioning did not work, it was cooler outside than in our room. The service was not good either, front desk staff was very rude and slow. Their were 4 of us staying in a room with 2 doubles and it was a struggle just to get enough towels for each of us as well as getting more than one key card. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, not a very nice experience on our family vacation.

The pool hours were not regulated , and there were loud parties at night that didn’t let us sleep . Also they were doing construction on the room next to ya and would start hammering at 830am . Also every time we left the hotel our room card key would disactivate , to the point where I would just stop at the front desk to reactive it each time we got back .

Decent pretty hotel
Not a bad little hotel. The interior courtyard and pool is pretty. Unfortunately during our stay there was a young baseball team who were naturally noisy and a 4 hour power outage until a backup generater was delivered. No hot water too. This was all probably just bad luck and will unlikely be part of your experience here. The hotel compensated us with 3 free buffet breakfast since we stayed again later in our trip. They also found my daughters flip flops that she had left under the bed. Decent wifi. Bring mosquito spray.

Two floor motel built in a square around a central pool with rooms facing in towards the pool. On a main street but the design makes it fairly quiet. Nobody spoke English at checkin or checkout but the process went smoothly. Safe, clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stop. About 10 minute drive from the main east west toll road. Slightly hard to spot, doesn't have a giant electric sign - I drove past it once, found on the second try. Reasonable restaurant on site. Industrial area with nothing else within walking distance,

Muy mal hotel. No regresaría.
Todo olía a humedad. En el baño (habitación 108) salía el agua de todos lados menos de las llaves o del wc. Todo el baño se inundaba por que se salía el agua de abajo de la taza. Se les habló y no fueron. La toallas rotas. Abrí mi cama para acostarme y había boronas de pan como si un huésped antes hubiera comido y solo hubieran extendido las camas. Pedi un cobertor para dormir sobre la cama esa y la siguiente noche. No te dejan comprar ni meter una cerveza a tu habitación después de las 10 pm así te la tomes en tu cuarto. No puedes andar en los pasillos después de las 10 pm. En las habitaciones de la planta baja se escucha todo de las habitaciones superiores.
