Solo female traveler. Things I loved of my stay!
- beach, sand, service on beach
- Privilege upgrade totally worth it, for balcony jacuzzi, rooftop pool and bar, and privilege restaurant breakfast
- Rooms are huge, comfy beds, nice view from balcony, shower and loved the scent of the toiletries, very moisturizing, great attention to details in room setup and design
- Layout convenient
- Coffee shop and sweet shop consistently amazing
- Pools are big and gorgeous
- Many things to do
- Hydrotherapy in the spa
- And my absolutely favorite thing was the staff and people there, just great human beings and professional
- Very quick room service
Areas with room for improvement are the food and beverage department. Things like more options for natural juices in bar and restaurants, quality and consistency of food across restaurants as well. Was served very raw salmon on one occasion, raw shrimp on another and overcooked tough steak. Room service is limited and serving is on disposable trays which takes away from the luxury of the hotel. If food and drinks improved ooh wow this place would be top of the top especially for food lovers. To be fair place fairly new when I went just being open about two weeks. There’s a lot to love but food is huge component for me and why I retracted a star. I hope as they continue to grow this department too cause I’d love to go back one day.
