The most amazing experience with Temptation
An amazing check in process, super helpful and friendly staff. They made sure eveything was seamless from our entry into the door way into our check out. Odalys and Andreas especially helpful and really worth shouting out! Definitely would love to stay here again and will be back. What a team they have here at temptation :)

Happy with the friendliness of the staff. The pool parties were unique, crazy and fun! The food was good to very good! Room service food can definitely be upgraded! Building needs some modernization. No elevator for some of the buildings for normal and handicap access. Definitely would return for a long weekend for the crazy adult fun.

There is no real entertainment other than dancers in the pool area, the pool was always very hot and a worker stated the heater is on at all times. The food was not that great, got food poisoning my last day there after ordering room service. Upon arrival, Berenice pushed a “meeting” for vip, turned out to be an upselling scam to be a Premier member, they do not take a No lightly. We were promised a Tequila bottle just for Berenice to say “the tequila had not arrived yet” at check out, just ridiculous. I would not stay again, “lifestyle” is not for everyone & hotel is only ALL INCLUSIVE for VIP Premier Members.
