My wife and I checked in to BFH Hotel on Tuesday February 20. Our plan was to stay from the 20th - 23rd, however, we only stayed two nights, because on the second night, the guys across the hall from us were very loud and woke us up two nights in a row. They were yelling, cursing, fighting outside in the hall way in front of our door. This scared my wife, and wanted to leave that night at 1:00am. I told her that we would leave tomorrow morning. Although we had paid for three nights, we only stayed for two night, because we felt it was unsafe to stay at your hotel. Plus, there were no phones to call the front desk, and my wife did not feel safe for me to step out the front and leave her alone in the room. Furthermore, we requested two more pillows and a blanket, but were told you didn't have any extra pillows or blanket for us. We also asked for towels and were told we cold only get towels every two days. Finally,I reserved at your hotel, because your online website shows that you serve breakfast, yet there was not breakfast or coffee. On the day when day we checked out, the font desk guy said sorry we don't offer refunds. This is unfortunate! You hotel is nice but needs needs a lot of services for clients, such as towels daily, phones in the room, breakfast service as advertised extra pillows and at least one blanket on the bed to stay warm.
