The key is to get the ENCLAVE upgrade to be able to enjoy full facilities. Food is horrible at the buffet; sky bar, snack bar and Italian Restaurant. The only food that was decent was the one served at the Mexican, Japanese and Steak restaurants. The beach access is the worst since you have no direct access; you have to actually get on the elevator to go back and forward between the pool and sea/beach. Plastic cups used at the pool bar were broken and dirty. All waiters/servers provide the best service since they take care of you and are really friendly.

We traveled here for a week celebrating our seventh wedding anniversary with our two-year-old. The food was good. The room service was excellent better than the general buffet to be honest the food was delivered on time, always. The beach does have a deep drop off which could have been due to the hurricane that hit the area a few weeks prior but overall the experience was a 10/10 and we will be coming back! definitely a place for all ages!

Staff was great! Food was what you would expect from a resort but the smoking area all the way back in a dark corner of the parking lot was a big no for me. Heard lots of complaints about that. Would recommend to a non-smoking friend though!

I like the food and drink options, pool is beautiful! Rooms are very prety very nice mattress and premiul sheets, nice to alway have beach Towels availability! Was a good perk to have entertainment staff to entertain us but big minus there is no disco fir adults, no shows to watch in the evening!

I booked 2 rooms and the staff gave me rooms on opposite hotel ends. When I booked the hotel, I called right after to confirm my booking and to ensure I get both of my rooms together. When I arrived to the hotel, I went to check-in and was denied to have both rooms next to each-other. They didn't even bother to help me or accommodate my request! To top it off check in was at 3:00pm and rooms were still not ready!! Not only that I went second week on october 2024 (slow season) hotel was empty but “no rooms were avaialble next to eachother” I will never book with Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe!!!
