"We purchased transportation from the hotel excursion department to xplore park after having a bad experience with the tickets we purchased from a third party and not being able to use the tickets for the theme park we ended up having a bad experience with the transportation from Royalton hideaway excursion department we paid $160 for round trip and we where left never being picked up having to pay an additional $80 for transportation back to the hotel aside from that the stay was beautiful"

"We just got back from Sensira and couldn’t be happier with our trip! We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which had a king bed for us and a separate kids’ room with five sleeping spots. The cleaning staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the fridge was always restocked. Even without an “ocean view” room, we could still see the pools and ocean from our balcony. The food was one of the biggest highlights. The restaurants were unbelievable — the filet mignon at the steakhouse was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Service was always friendly and quick, restaurants were never overly busy, and there were lots of options for kids. We also loved the poolside restaurant where we could stay in our swimwear and have lunch brought right to our chairs. There were three pools with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, plus free cabanas when available. The beach was cleaned daily and was just steps from the pool. This resort is AMAZING for kids! There’s an indoor playroom, ball pit, bouncy castle, trampoline park, climbing structure, zip line, mini golf, tennis and an awesome kids’ pool with waterslides. The entire resort was clean, the staff were wonderful, and there was so much for families to do. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back next year!"
