Absolutely horrible experience!! I go to Cancun 5-7 times a year for work and always stay at all inclusive resorts. This is the first time I've ever had to pay for room service and been limited to beverages in the room (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The fridge literally had a Pepsi, Pepsi Light (diet), orange, and 2 mini bottles of beer. I was told that was all I got for my 4 day stay. Buffet was horrible for all meals. I literally ate bread one night for dinner to feel full. The restaurants required a 24 hour prior reservation even though there was plenty of open tables when asking for a table. Staff was rude and acted like you were an inconvenience to them any time you needed anything.

I was not able to use the app which meant I was not able to book dinner reservations while I was there. This was a terrible way to only be able to book. They need to create other ways for guests to make reservations. Beverages were watered down and pretty disgusting. Service in the buffet was excellent. Checkin was not good. We were not given instructions on where things were or how to navigate the resort.

There was nothing over the top about this property. It is outdated and understaffed. Very slim dining choices. Told we had to make a reservation for everything but the buffet but there was no reservations available for the other 2 places. Had to pay a $5 service fee for room service which shouldn’t be for an all inclusive. Random peddlers running off the beach away from police and no security stopping them from coming up into the pool area or even the lunch buffet area and getting food. Extremely difficult to talk to staff. At one point asked for the manager and was told “they are eating lunch” and they refused to speak to me.
